This policy explains what personal data Lawreinstein's Place Limited (“Lawren”, “we”) collects when you use this store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see your raw password).
- Order data: delivery addresses, phone number, order history, and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Activity data: wishlist items, loyalty-coin balance, exchange requests, and re-run votes.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, run the loyalty-coin and exchange programmes, and send you transactional email (order confirmations and shipping updates). We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor (to take payment), our shipping partner (to deliver your order), our email provider (to send transactional messages), and our hosting/database provider (to store the data). Each processes your data only on our instructions.
Your choices
You can update your addresses at checkout and delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account anonymises your personal data; order records are retained where required for accounting.
