Exchange Policy

We want your Lawren pieces to fit. Because everything we make is a limited run and every thrift find is one-of-a-kind, our exchange rules differ by product type.

Own-brand size exchanges

You can request a size exchange on own-brand items once your order is marked Delivered.
Requests must be made within the exchange window (5 days from delivery by default) shown on your order.
Your first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges cost 100 Lawren Coins.
Exchanges are subject to stock in the requested size. If it's unavailable, we'll work with you on the best alternative.
To keep things fair, repeated exchanges may pause your eligibility.

Thrift is final sale

Thrift pieces are one-of-one and sold as-is. They cannot be exchanged or returned, so please check the size details on the product page before buying.

How to request an exchange

Open the order from your account, choose the item, and tap Request Exchange. You'll get an email confirming the request and another when it's reviewed.
